Why can't anyone find my flat roof leak?
Water on a flat roof can travel under the membrane or along the deck before it drips inside, so the stain is often far from the entry point. Thermal imaging and moisture readings help us trace it to the source.
Should I coat or replace my flat roof?
Coatings work well on roofs that are mostly dry and structurally sound. If there's widespread wet insulation or membrane failure, replacement is usually the better investment. We'll show you the readings.
Which is better: PVC, TPO or EPDM?
Each has strengths. PVC like Duro-Last has heat-welded seams and strong chemical resistance, TPO is cost-effective and reflective, and EPDM is flexible and proven in cold climates. We recommend based on your building and budget.
Can a new commercial roof qualify for Section 179?
