What does a hail history report tell me?
Where does the hail history come from?
From local storm data: radar-based hail detections and reports from trained storm spotters, matched to your address.
Does a hail report prove my roof is damaged?
No. It shows storm history only. Whether your roof was actually damaged takes an inspection, which we do for free with photos of everything we find.
How long do I have after a hail storm?
For hail, plan on one year from the storm date and check the "Suit Against Us" section of your policy. Minnesota's general limit is two years (Minn. Stat. § 65A.01, subd. 3), but many policies set one year for hail. More on our claim deadline page.
