NOAA storm reports put 1.75-inch hail near Bloomington on August 10, 2020, the largest recorded near the city since 2015, on a day that also brought 60 mph winds. The most recent 1-inch hail near our Bloomington job sites came on October 24, 2023, and there were 1-inch hail days on April 12 and May 11, 2022 as well. The most recent damaging wind reported near the city was a 58 mph gust on August 26, 2024.
