Why a custom-fabricated membrane suits a big dealership roof
Dealership roofs are wide, flat and covered in rooftop units, so most leaks start at seams and around equipment curbs. On the Bloomington Lincoln we installed Duro-Last, a PVC membrane that is welded into large sheets in a factory before it reaches the roof, so far fewer seams have to be made on site.
