How much does roof repair cost in the Twin Cities?
It depends on the cause and the size of the damaged area. A single pipe boot or a few shingles is a small repair; flashing or deck damage costs more. We inspect for free and give you a firm price before any work starts.
Can you fix a roof leak in the rain or winter?
Yes. For active leaks we can do an emergency tarp or temporary seal, then make the permanent repair as soon as the weather allows.
Should I repair or replace my roof?
If the roof is structurally sound and the damage is limited, a repair is usually the smart move. If shingles are failing across the roof, or storm damage is widespread, replacement may make more sense — and insurance may cover it. We'll show you photos either way.
