What happens after I reach out?
Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. We inspect your roof, siding and gutters at no cost and with no obligation, and you get photos of everything we find.
How fast can someone come out?
Call or text (612) 354-7677. For an active leak or fresh storm damage we treat it as an emergency and can tarp or patch to stop more water getting in. Regular inspections are booked at a time that works for you, and you get a text when we're on our way.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Repair King is a licensed Minnesota residential building contractor (license BC695228) and is fully insured. Our Illinois work runs through our Naperville office.
Can you help with my insurance claim?
We inspect, document and explain what we find: a dated photo report and a written, line-item estimate you can share with your insurance company. We're a licensed contractor, not a public adjuster, so we don't negotiate claims. Coverage decisions are between you and your insurer.
