We inspected this condo building on Greenwood Place for Maze Properties, walking the roof plane by plane and checking every vent boot and satellite mount for hail damage, with the neighborhood park visible right across the street.

Faribault is the county seat of Rice County, with a 2020 census population of 24,453, and sits where the Straight River meets the Cannon River - the site Alexander Faribault chose for a trading post in 1834 before the town grew up around it.
