Permits across three counties
Every city and village in our coverage area issues its own roof replacement permit: Chicago and Riverside inspect under the Chicago and Riverside building codes, DuPage County suburbs like Lisle, Woodridge, Villa Park and Warrenville follow their local re-roof permit process (some, like Warrenville, offer an over-the-counter permit for single-family re-roofs), and Will County communities such as Joliet and Shorewood pull permits through their own building departments. University Park work may fall under Will County or Cook County depending on the parcel.
