Many things that were overlooked

We discovered many things that were overlooked that would change the outcome of the claim settlement, their financial situation, the amount of damage noticed, the end quality of the property, and results in the real estate transaction. We found that the actual value of the claim was NOT $37,000. It was actually near $124K!! Meaning it was actually underpaid nearly $87,000! That’s roughly 234%!
